Earning Rate

Patients are eligible to accumulate rewards on all treatments and purchases at Vitalize Nation, amounting to 10% of all expenditures. Point accumulation is automated. Please note, rewards points cannot be earned on taxes, gratuities, or when using a gift card. Additional avenues to accrue points that are cost-free include friend referrals and celebratory offerings on birthdays. Once accumulated, points can be redeemed for discounts on our range of services and products.

Gift Cards

When patients make an eligible purchase of a gift card, points are earned based on the purchase amount. Note that point accrual does not extend to gift card redemption, and points may not be used to purchase gift cards.

Points Expiration

Please be aware that reward points are subject to expiration one year from the date of purchase, with no exceptions.

Exclusions

Points accrued on separate accounts from different patients are non-transferable and cannot be combined or aggregated for product purchases or any other purpose. Points earned in a transaction are not eligible for redemption in the same transaction. Combining points with discounts or promotions is not permitted. Patients remain responsible for payment of taxes on purchases. Points are only valid for patient use, are non-transferable, and are subject to the present and future program rules. They are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable. Vitalize Nation reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Rewards Program at any given time.

Redemption

To apply points towards a purchase at Vitalize Nation, patients are required to indicate their intent to redeem points prior to transaction. Please note that points cannot cover more than 50% of the total cost of the following treatments: Botox, Dermal Fillers or any products.

General

Points are rewarded at the time of checkout. For instance, upon referral of a friend, points will be awarded when the referred individual completes a qualifying purchase at Vitalize Nation. Our system effortlessly tracks the points you've earned. You can check your balance by inquiring at the front desk, or through your Patient Portal.
